The ETH002 is an update of the ETH-RLY02 board. The ETH002 can be more easily updated with new firmware and there is also a new command set option (in addition to legacy commands) that allows the relay to pulse for a specified duration (100ms to 25.5s with a 100ms resolution). The ETH002 is a relay module board that provides 2x volt free contact relay outputs each having a current rating of up to 16A each. Required power for the module is 12V DC 500mA and the supply can be regulated or unregulated. Both the relays are of the SPCO (Single Pole Change Over) type and the normally open, normally closed and common pins are all available on screw terminals. The relay module is controlled via Ethernet using simple TCP/IP commands and there are various LED indicators to report on performance, one next to each relay to indicate the relay is powered, two LEDs mounted in the Ethernet connector indicating Ethernet traffic and there is a red power LED adjacent to the screw terminals.

The ETH008 relay module board provides 8x volt free contact relay outputs, each having a current rating of up to 16A. The module requires a 12V DC supply of at least 500mA which can be either regulated or unregulated. All relays are SPCO (Single Pole Change Over) types. The normally open, normally closed and common pins are all available via screw terminals. Control of the relays is by simple TCP/IP commands via Ethernet and each relay on the board has a red LED mounted next to it indicating if the relay is in a powered state. Also provided are 2x LEDs mounted adjacent to the Ethernet connector which flash with Ethernet traffic. Module power is indicated by a green power LED mounted just above the processor.

The USB-RLY08C relay module board has 8x volt free contact relay outputs each having a current rating of up to 2A. The board is powered from any standard USB bus and the unit has an exceptionally low maximum current consumption of approx. 90mA with all relays on. All relays are of the SPCO (Single Pole Change Over) type and the normally open, normally closed and common pins are all available on the screw terminals.

Control of the board is via USB bus and there are various LED indicators to provide performance tell-back. Each relay has a red LED mounted immediately next to it to indicate a powered state, there are 2x LEDs that will flash with USB transactions, green indicating reception of data from PC and yellow for transmission of data to the PC. On the opposite side of the board to the USB connector a red LED is mounted to provide indication of power.

The USB-RLY16 relay module board has 8x relays providing volt free contact relay outputs each with a current rating of up to 16A. The processing hardware is powered and instructed from any standard USB bus and the power for the relays is via the 2.1mm DC power input adaptor, with a power supply of 12V DC ≥500mA required. The relays are SPCO (Single Pole Change Over) types and the normally open, normally closed and common pins are all available on the screw terminals. Extensive LED indication is provided for monitoring purposes. There are red LEDs mounted adjacent to each relay to indicate a powered on state as well as a red power LED mounted near to the USB connector. USB data transactions are indicated by 2x LEDs, a green LED indicating reception of data and a yellow LED that indicates transmission of data from the board.

The USB-RLY16L is a low power version of the USB-RLY16 relay module board (60-5062). The module board, containing 8x relays, is powered and controlled entirely via standard USB bus and the 8x volt free contact relay outputs have a current rating of up to 16A each. The relays are of the Single Pole Changeover (SPCO) type and, unlike the other relay module boards in the series, are latching types - meaning that the relays will retain their contact position in the absence of power. LED indication is provided via a red LED mounted adjacent to each relay to indicate whether it is a position 1 state (LED On) or position 0 state (LED off).
