The module has 4x 1.5V C cell holders mounted on a tough acrylic base. 5x 4mm sockets are distributed to allow tapped outputs at 0, 1.5, 3, 4.5 or 6V. The base has been formed to raise the sockets clear of the work surface below, allowing 4mm plug leads to be fully inserted.

The PSU Base Volt Switch is a low voltage power supply that can output AC and DC at 5A with selectable voltages of 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12V. The PSU features an electronic cut-out system to protect against short circuits and overloading.
