It will also tell you if there are any faults such as open, short or miss-wired connections. When not testing cables, the atlas IT will even list the full connection details (including wire colours) of the most common cable types.The atlas IT is supplied in its own padded carry case together with 2 terminators, 2 patch cables (to allow for socket testing), user guide, laminated ethernet chart (detailing 8 most common wiring patterns) and a spare battery.
