The REF02CPZ is a precision voltage regulator in a through-hole mounting DIL-8 package. The TL431CZ is a programmable shunt voltage reference with guaranteed temperature stability over the entire temperature range of operation. The output voltage may be set to any value between 2.5 and 36V with two external resistors.

This is the Texas Instruments LM334Z 3-terminal adjustable current source. The regulator only needs one resistor to set the output current. No seperate power supply connections are needed as this is a true floating current source. It can have up to 20V reverse voltage applied and will act as a rectifier allowing only a few microamps of current o flow. With the addition of another resistor and a diode the regulator operates with zero temperature drift. Applications for the current sources include bias networks, surge protection, low power reference, ramp generation, LED driver, and temperature sensing.
