I often see detailed schematics for PWM of various kinds. What I never see is a description of what is happening in each part of the circuit and why the particular values have been chosen for this particular circuit....i.e Capacitors, resistors etc.
I am a relative newbie, but if the info is required in the detail given, presumably those using it don't know enough to design their own. This is where I am at a loss. I need a certain outcome...how do I decide on which parts and placements will get me there?
A simple run through of the pwm circuit would be wonderfully helpful to get me going.
