Finding out relay connections

First you need to find out which two legs are for the coil. Use a multimeter set to Ohms to measure the resistance across the legs. If you find an infinite or near-zero resistance this means that those legs are not for the coil, but are for the switch contacts.

If you can see inside the relay, it may be easier just to see which wires inside go from the legs to the coil and contacts.

You will have to experiment to find how the switch contacts are organised, but it shouldn't be too hard since there will be six legs for switch contacts, meaning there are NC, NO and Common contacts for each of the switch poles.
