HOW DOES A EM-WAVE TRANSMITTER CIRCUIT BE DETAILED

Actualy knwing that an oscilating currunt/voltage creates an electromagnetic wave now in a circuit how could we explain the inductance and capacitance to be use in other to acquire our desired frequency???? Also if we are to transmit an audio signal in what way would the mouth piece be with the RL circuit plz i beg for evry details becouse this increase my diversity in the field. Thank to you.
