Transformer

my question is if we use transfomer...how much voltage will get on it's output if the input voltage 220V...is the voltage will go down like how much approxmailty...because it used to say that there is no big different between the power in and power out of the transfomer so is that mean there is no different in terms of voltage and current (because the equation is said p=V²/R,p=I².R)? .
