Diode/transistor 1A2NX ?

Mystery component

Diodes have two leads, transistors have three leads. To the best of my knowledge '1A2NX' is not a standard code for either of these.

1A2NX Component.

This could be a voltage reference semiconductor. Could be connected to a Component Analyser by Peak Electronics (expensive).
