Ideal starter soldering kit ?

O.K i am new to this soldering lark & am in the market for a soldering kit.
i would like your honest opinion on these 3 models & advice on which one to choose:
1.Maplin BZ60Q
• 25W soldering iron (complete with two bits)
• Fold up soldering iron stand
• Double-ended soldering aid
• Desoldering tool
• Solder (and a pot of flux)
• Helping hands bench assistant
• Four screwdrivers (2 x slotted, 2 x cross point)
• Long nose pliers
• Side cutters
• Tweezers

or
2.Sealey SD300K - Soldering Gun/Iron Kit 8pc 230V

This is going to be used to fix a sound problem on my sega gamegear, i have the parts to fix said problem just no soldering iron & want to get a kit that is upto the job.
