Please help

hello, I have been looking everywhere to find a place to get information on my problem and this seems to be the best place i can find so please help me and keep it as simple as possible i'm 14 and don't understand too much about allof this but i would still like to accomplish building what i am after.

what I need to know is what would I use to activate 1 magnetic solinoid to move a metal part and then after waiting a very short period of time activate a 3 way solinoid sending air out of one hose for a short period of time and then out of the other output hose for a short period of time? i would like all this to happen in order after I press a bush botton and then i would like it all to happen over and over in the same order each time I press the botton. basically push the botton then it turns on solinoid 1 then waits turns on 3 way solinoid output1 waits and then turns on output 2 on the solinoid. when this is finished it will be moving a metal part with the first solinoid then moving an air ram out and then back in with the 3 way solinoid. that even sounds a little confusing to me but if anyone could help me with any ideas on how to accomlish this please post and help me out in the simpleist way you can think.
