Alternating DC voltage

Hi, I'm trying to create a circuit that will take a 30V DC output and do two things with it. I want it to stay 30V+ for 10 seconds or so and then alternate to 30V- for 10 more seconds and continue to flip back and forth (alternate). Can anyone help me figure out how and what the circuit might look like? Thanks, Guy

Alternating DC voltage

By using a dual polarity supply a simple changeover relay can be used diven by a slow running astable circuit. An alternative circuit consists of an astable/buffer circuit driving 4 complementary power transistors arranged in a H bridge circuit. Further details in 555 Projects by E.A. Parr.
